
Andy has directed soccer camps for over thirty years, working with boys and girls at all age levels. He started his camp coaching career at Indiana University, Miami of Ohio and Coastal Carolina. On the Ball Soccer Camps started off as satelite camps in 1989. He is the head men's soccer coach at The University of Findlay and has had great success coaching at the collegiate level. The highlights during his tenure are an NCAA II Final Four appearance for the men and four NAIA National tournament berths for the women. He received Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Coach of the Year awards while coaching both the men's and and women's programs. Andy holds the UEFA 'A' License, USSF 'A' License, the NSCAA Premier Diploma and a Masters in Sport Studies from Miami University (OH).
Mark is in his fifth year as On the Ball's Assistant Director. He played collegiately at the University of Findlay, where he was a four year starter. As an Oiler, Mark was given All-conference recognition in three out of his four years - two of those being first team. ; he was a captain his last two seasons and voted MVP by his teammates in his senior year. On graduation, Mark coached the reserve team for a year; he was also an assistant coach at his alma mater, Findlay High School. Coach Sleasman is currently the men's assistant soccer coach at The University of Findlay and the proud father of Navy Kate!
Isaac Sanders is the assistant coach for the University of Findlay women's soccer team, beginning his tenure in the 2024 season. A native of Dublin, Ohio, Sanders earned his Bachelor's degree in sports management from Miami University in 2024. Prior to joining Findlay, he served as a student-assistant coach with the Miami RedHawks women's soccer team for two seasons, contributing to a 17-15-7 record. His responsibilities included managing travel logistics, maintaining records, and assisting with training sessions and coaching. In his free time, he love to watch sports, play pickleball and spikeball, and listen to music. He will be working the Residential and Travel Camps. This is Isaac's first year with OTB.
Jix will be a junior goalkeeper at the University of Findlay and is from Swanton, OH; where he played for the Pacesetter Soccer Club and was also the quarterback for his high school football team. Jix played in two games in 2023 and didn't concede any goals; he then went on to start two games in 2024, appearing in five and recording a .800 save percentage. He is a double majoring in business management and sports business strategy . It is Jix's third year with OTB. He will be in charge of coaching the 'keepers at on the Ball's Residential Camp, as well as this year's Travel Camp and Hancock Camp.
Jessica is a defender at the University of Findlay from Sterling Heights, MI. She played for Nationals Soccer Club and her favorite team is Manchester City. Jessica studies Forensic Chemistry with hopes to work for a Forensic Unit within the Federal Bureau of Investigation, or for a State Police Department. She enjoys coaching because it allows her to connect with young soccer players and make their soccer experience enjoyable, as many coaches did for her. It is Jessica's third year with OTB where she will once again work the Residential Camp.
Carson is a captain for the University of Findlay Oilers, and has scored seven goals in his collegiate career. He is a junior and majors in business with an emphasis in accounting. Carson is from Farmington Hills, MI, where he attended Bedford HS. This is Carson's second year with OTB and his second year working at the residential camp.
Emma plays for Bowling Green State University's women’s soccer team, where she's appeared in 35 games (starting 20) and was named to the Academic All-MAC Team in 2024. She was Ohio’s 2023 Gatorade Player of the Year & Ms. Soccer Ohio. Emma is from Copley, where she grew up playing soccer with her brother, Ryan Stransky. She is majoring in exercise science with a specialization in sports medicine. It is Emma's first year with OTB.
Molly is from Findlay, Ohio and was a midfielder for the Findlay High School Varsity soccer team. She played club at the Greater Toledo Futbol Club and played in both the ECNL and Elite 64 leagues. Molly will be a freshman at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and will be double majoring in Business Analytics and Sports Management; she will be playing club soccer there. She is currently working on getting her soccer coaching license. It is Molly's first year coaching with OTB. She will work the Residential, Hancock and Travel camps - where she was a former camper!
Garrett is originally from Lexington, Kentucky and moved to Findlay when he was nine. He was an All-State midfielder at Liberty Benton High School and will play at the University of Findlay in the fall. He loves to fish and do most outdoor activities, travel and see different parts of the world. Garrett loves playing all sports, and has played 8 different sports in the last 5 years. He plans to major in business finance and to become an insurance broker. It is Garrett's first year coaching with OTB.
Aiden was a defender, 3 year varsity letterman and team captain for Findlay High School. He earned 2nd Team Northern Lakes League and 2nd Team All District honors. Aiden played club soccer for Pacesetter Soccer Club. His 2025 team won the State Cup and ECNL RL Championship. Aiden will major in business at Miami University in the fall. Aiden enjoys playing soccer with his younger brother, playing pickleball and golfing. It is Aiden's first year coaching with OTB; he will work the Residential and Travel camps. He is also a former camper!
Sami is a Doctor of Physical Therapy student at the University of Findlay. During her undergraduate time at UF she has shadowed athletic training for both men's soccer and baseball. Sami enjoys any outdoor activities, games, and sporting events with her family and friends. She hopes to focus on sports medicine and work with athletes upon graduation. This is Sami's first year with OTB.
